Giada's Appetizers

After featuring Ina Garten on my blog last week I thought it was only fair to give a shout out to my other favorite Food Network star: Giada De Laurentis.  Giada's bubbly personality is as colorful as her food and I often end up making her recipes by heart since she explains them so well on her (many) show(s). Here are some of her easy appetizers that are perfect for your next cocktail party:

Crispy Zucchini and Potato Pancakes:
Spiced Nuts:

Cheese-Stuffed Dates: (one of my favorite appetizers ever)

All served with Blueberry-Limoncello Coolers:

  1. Some Mexican recipes are very detailed and require many ingredients. In reality, a few of the more traditional ones do require many days to prepare. Its popularity in the United States is undeniable, but it is always a good point to note that the Americanized Mexican food often is slightly different from authentic Mexican food recipes. 2. To cool hot food quickly, place it in the coolest place you can find - often not in the kitchen. Another way is to put the food in a clean, sealable container, and put it under a running cold water tap or in a basin of cold water, or use ice packs in cool bags. Thieb veau
