Go-to Side

Jalapeno Roasted Fingerling Potatoes are my new favorite side dish.  They're crispy on the outside, soft within and the jalapeno provides the perfect amount of heat.  They are delicious and the perfect accompaniment to just about grilled skirt steak with pureed tomatillo and avocado salsa.
