Muffins Galore

My daughter is a very picky eater but thanks to Weelicious and Detoxinista I start her day with a healthy dose of fruits and vegetables hidden in one of (their) many muffin recipes. Here is what I currently make on repeat: 

Carrot Apple Coconut Muffins: 
*I add 1/3 cup of pre-chopped dates

Zucchini Muffins: 
*I add 1/2 cup of chocolate chips 

Flourless Peanut Butter Banana Muffins 
*I add 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
